The eSIM World, eSIM Asiania, OneSimCard Europe & More and Universal SIM cards do not use the callback to make an outgoing call in over 70 countries.
Currently, the mobile application to remove the callback on other SIM cards is not available.
What is time validity of OneSimCard SIM?
All SIM types are valid for 1 year after the last billable use - phone call, sent SMS or data use.
The SIM balance for all types of OneSimCard SIMs is valid for 10 months after the last recharge. Each recharge extends the balance for the next 10 months period. If you do not recharge within the 10-month period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
NOTE: For Physical 3-in-1 DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM cards, if the SIM card has no balance, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). If there is no balance on the SIM and the active data package expires, the SIM will expire 7 days following the expiration of the active data package.
An expired SIM can be restored for a $10.00 restoration fee plus a recharge of at least $25.00.

If the Data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for DataMax SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.

There are two sets of countries where Zone B data plans are offered. The “Advantage Data Allowance” countries have a data allowance twice as large as the “Standard Data Allowance” countries. The maximum monthly data allowance in the “Advantages Data Allowance” countries is 2000 MB, while the maximum monthly data allowance in the “Standard Data Allowance” countries is 1000 MB. All 4 types of Data Plans are available in all countries where the data Plans are offered.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

Can eSIM be used for Data, Calls and Texts?
Yes, as of March 3rd, 2020, OneSimCard eSIM can be used for Mobile Data, Voice and Texts. However, you can still use the OneSim VOIP app option with a Personal Extra Number (PEN) for additional savings on calling and texting
For DataMax eSIMs, only Data is available. However, you can use our OneSim VoIP app for cost effective voice and SMS communication.
I can make calls through OneSim VoIP. However incoming calls are going through my roaming SIM. What's wrong?
If your incoming calls are not being routed through the OneSim VoIP app then you are either not connected to Wi-Fi or the OneSim VoIP app is not active.Are there any additional roaming charges?
There are NO additional roaming charges. The rates you see listed on our Rates & Coverage page are the only rates you will be charged when making or receiving calls on your OneSimCard enabled cell phone. This is true for using regular cellular voice or 1SIM VoIP App.Can I get rewarded for referring friends to OneSimCard?
Yes, you can! Our Refer a Friend program is available to all OneSimCard active account holders. For each friend you refer that purchases new service, you will receive $10 ($5 for rentals) deposited into your 1SIM Money Fund. The referral bonus will be received once the order for new service is placed, shipped and the 30-day return window has closed. You can then use these bonus awards to recharge your airtime or use toward any other purchases. There are no limits to the number of friends you can refer or the bonuses you can receive!Do I need to have Data Roaming turned on for eSIM to work?
Yes. Data Roaming should be enabled on your phone for eSIM for data to work. Calls and texts on eSIM World should work with or without it.
I used a large amount of data even though I barely used data, what happened?
Each mobile data session is charged for a minimum of 10kB usage. Even if you check just one 3k email you will be charged for 10kB of usage. In some countries this can be over 30¢ per session, however in Europe and elsewhere it can be as little as 1¢. Check all rates.

Please note: Some phones, like iPhones, Androids, and other smartphones, can access data without you even knowing it if you have data enabled. We strongly recommend checking the settings on your phone and disable mobile data roaming if you will not be needing data service. By default, all SIM cards are pre-programmed with data service enabled, once you activate your data package.
