How does OneSim VoIP work when the call is received?
When someone dials your OneSim VoIP enabled Personal Extra Number (PEN), the system will first check if your OneSimCard phone is registered with the OneSim VoIP app on a Wi-Fi network. If it is registered, the call will be sent using VoIP. If the OneSim VoIP app is not running or it is not registered on a Wi-Fi network, then the call will be sent using the standard OneSimCard roaming network and charged our standard roaming rates.How do I enable roaming on my Android Phone?

The main advantages are significant cost savings and the ability to call from countries where there is no voice roaming coverage available, or for DataMax or DataMax eSIMs
OneSim VoiP can be used from any Android or Apple ( iOS) device to make international LD calls even when you are not traveling. OneSim VoIP does not require having OneSimCard SIM being installed in the phone. OneSim VoIP can be used with Wi-Fi or 3G/4G - no difference. You just need to have OneSimCard account with the SIM VoIP capable PEN. Calling using OneSim VoIP will cost most of the time less than any other way of calling.
OneSim VoIP is available with the following SIM cards: Plus, Expedition (formerly Data & Roam),  Europe & More, DataMax, and DataMax eSIM.Do I need to have a OneSimCard SIM card installed in my phone to use OneSim VoIP?
No. OneSimCard SIM is not required to be installed in the phone for OneSim VoIP to be used. However, you do need to have OneSimCard account with a VoIP capable PEN.What is the cost of calling between two OneSim VoIP phones?
Calls between two OneSim VoIP phones are absolutely free.Is there a monthly or 30-day credit card spending limit for OneSimCard service?
Yes. To reduce fraud and to protect you from over-spending, there is 30-day credit card spending limit set for each individual account. You will only be able to charge up to a certain amount during any 30-day period. You can see your current limit by logging in to your OneSimCard account and going to the Purchase History menu. There, you will find a Credit Card Authorization form available for download. If you would like to increase your monthly credit card spending limit, please download the Authorization form and submit it back to OneSimCard as instructed on the form.
We strongly suggest that you set your monthly credit card limit before going overseas as dealing with the form on the road can be much more difficult.Â
When my order will be shipped?
Sim card orders placed during business hours will be shipped the next business day. The only exceptions are phones that are out of stock. In this case you will be notified about delayed shipping during the purchase.
How do I install my eSIM?
Before purchasing, please ensure you have verified that your device is unlocked and one of the supported devices. Installation is completed by using your phone to scan the QR code of the purchased eSIM. You may scan the QR code by displaying it on the computer screen, another device, or a printed copy.
If you’ve already purchased OneSimCard eSIM, you can see full installation instructions and access your QR code from the Recharge menu in your online account. Make sure eSIM is selected in the Select SIM Card drop down menu.
