• To check your balance dial  *146*099 and press the TALK (or SEND) button

How to activate compatibility mode:

  1. Locate and Open "OneSimCard" Menu. ( It could  be displayed as STK Menu)

        2. Select "Settings"

3. Agree with message by pressing "Yes"
4. Dial digits "1101" and select "OK" (Screen will show "CC OptionX: ON" message)

Bear in mind that if you have powered your telephone down, and have removed and reinstalled the battery, you will need to follow the programming steps outlined above, again.

Some recent Android upgrades to versions 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 have a bug causing the OneSimCard Menu, labeled as SIM Toolkit, to be disabled.

If you do not see the SIM Toolkit app in your Android phone, please try doing the following:

Go to Settings>Security>Other Security Settings>Setup SIM Card Lock>Lock SIM Card. It will ask for the default SIM PIN. Enter 0000. Power off the phone and turn it back on. The SIM Toolkit app will then become available, though it might take 1-2 minutes for the phone to display it.

On Android version 5.1 go to Settings > SIM Cards > SIM Toolkit

Once you have access to the SIM Toolkit, select it, scroll down to Settings, enter 1101 and press confirm. Your phone will now be able to dial normally.

For eSIM cards, make certain that your eSIM is enabled.

SMS messaging usually works without any additional setup of the phone.
In rare cases when there are issues sending or receiving text messages, please look at the following:

Problem with Sending SMS:

• Incorrect SMSC number (SMS Service Center Address) in handset settings.

SMSC number should be set as follows:

1. For Standard  and Plus OneSimCard SIM: +3725099000 for all countries except:

a. China:  +85290296747

2. For the Expedition (former Data & Roam) SIM as well as for Europe & More SIM: +37256100041

With Apple iPhones to check SMSC:

From the phone dialer Dial *#5005*7672# 

You will see the SMSC set currently on the phone. 

To change the SMSC on Iphone dial:

• NOTE: It is important to have the "+" symbol entered in front of the SMSC number.
• You can find locations of the Message Settings menus for different phone models here.

If your phone requires the name of Message Center Name enter: SMSC
SMS lifetime is short - must be at least 2 hours or set to Maximum settings.
Try sending SMS from OneSimCard menu

 Problem with Receiving SMS:

• Receiving Handset does not have enough free memory for incoming SMS.
• Receiving Handset was turned off or out of the coverage area during SMS lifetime set on the sending phone - usually 2 hours.
• Sender's SMS provider does not have an agreement with the receiving network.

Sometimes when moving from the USA, Canada or Mexico to another country, the SIM card will need to be reset to properly register on a new country roaming network.

• If you have the OneSimCard Menu on your phone (it may be called Sim Application Menu on iPhones or SIM Toolkit on Androids), go to the menu, scroll down to Settings and enter Service Code 2003 and confirm, then Code 000 and confirm. For older SIM cards after this enter Service Code 1101 and confirm. Turn the phone off and then back on. 
  
  
• If you do not have access to the OneSimCard Menu then turn off your phone, remove the battery for 20 seconds, reinstall the battery and then turn back on your phone.

• We can move your airtime balance and PEN if any from your standard SIM to the Universal, Expedition, eSIM World, DataMax, or DataMax eSIM SIM if you upgrade the SIM or your sim is lost or damaged and you are buying a replacement SIM. The replaced SIM will be permanently deleted from your account.. 
• We can move your Personal Extra Number from your sim to any other SIM. There is $5 charge for this.
• We cannot transfer your primary +372 number from your Standard SIM to any other SIM, you will get a new number when you upgrade. 
• NOTE: DataMax and DataMax eSIMs do not come with any primary phone number. You can purchase a PEN to use voice and SMS with our OneSIM VoIP App

The maximum monthly data allowance in the “Advantages Data Allowance” countries is 2000 MB, while the maximum monthly data allowance in the “Standard Data Allowance” countries is 1000 MB. Zone A Data Plans

Zone A Data Plan covers the following countries:

Zone Special Data Plans 

Zone Special Data Plans cover the following countries:

OneSimCard Europe & More Plan utilization rules:

If the data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for Plus SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

All data Plans use are subject to the Fair Use Policy posted in the Terms of Use.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan Section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

Once you activate any Data Plan, the amount charged is not refundable.

Data not being used up during the Plan period will be lost.

After the Data Plan expires, i.e. the time period ends or you use up your data allotment, you will be charged the standard data rate in that country unless you activate a new Data Plan.

Data will be charged in 100kB increments.

Customers can also top up the sim and order a data Plan at http://ma.onesimcard.com. There is no charge for accessing the page from a mobile phone in most countries.

NOTE: For all SIM card types, if you use up your data plan and continue to use data, this will be billed at per MB usage at the posted per MB rate in that destination. To avoid this, it is suggested to use the auto-renewal feature to purchase a new package automatically.

It does not cost more to dial an international mobile number using OneSimCard service on traditional cellular connections. You will receive the same very low per minute rate whether calling to a mobile phone or to a land line. 

For OneSim VoIP, the cost of calling Mobile numbers is typically higher than calling landlines, but this method is still less than traditional voice calls in most countries..
